Infini Microneeding

Infini Microneedling

Infini is an advanced microneedling technology that utilizes fractional radiofrequency to effectively stimulate collagen production in the skin. This innovative device is equipped with 49 microscopic needles, which delicately deliver radiofrequency energy to the dermis, the second layer of the skin beneath the epidermis.

This nonsurgical method is specifically designed to tighten the skin, employing a minimally invasive approach. By creating micro-injuries through the use of tiny needles, Infini stimulates the natural production of collagen, promoting the repair process within the skin.

What sets Infini apart from traditional microneedling techniques is its ability to combine radiofrequency with microneedling, effectively reaching the dermis. This combination approach proves highly effective in addressing a wide range of skin concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, age spots, and sagging skin.

One of the key advantages of Infini is its adjustable needle depth, allowing the practitioner to target different layers of the dermis. This dual action of mechanical microinjury from the needles and thermal tissue microinjury results in a profound wound-healing response from your body. Consequently, the production of elastin and collagen is stimulated, promoting improved skin elasticity and cell turnover.

Importantly, Infini’s unique design ensures minimal risk of hyperpigmentation and minimal downtime, making it an excellent choice for individuals with medium to dark skin tones. For optimal results, the recommended treatment protocol suggests a minimum series of three treatments spaced between 4 to 6 weeks.

Following the treatment session, you can expect the skin to resemble a sunburn in appearance and sensation. However, within 24 hours, any redness subsides, allowing you to resume your usual activities. It is advisable to avoid direct sun exposure and extreme temperatures during the healing process.

Approximately one month after the final treatment, noticeable improvements should become apparent. The results will continue to enhance over the next six months, offering gradual and long-lasting rejuvenation of the skin.

The ideal candidate for an Infini RF treatment has minor skin concerns such as fine lines and wrinkles, skin laxity, scarring, and uneven skin tone or texture. Infini™ RF is not recommended for those who have used Accutane in the past six months, those with open wounds or skin infections, those who are pregnant, skin types prone to keloid scarring, or those who have undergone radiation in the past year.

During the treatment, you will feel heat and pressure. While some find the treatment tolerable, others have felt discomfort and we strongly recommend pairing this treatment with Pro-nox. Pro-nox is a Nitrous Oxide System similar to what you may have used at a dentist’s office. The gas can be used for the duration of your procedure and clears your body within minutes. You will be able to reserve the Pro-nox machine when you book your treatment with Infini. Please be sure to request this service at the time of booking.

The Inifni treatment can take as little as 30 minutes and up to an hour. There is an initial redness and swelling which will substantially reside 24-36 hours after treatment. It can take up to a week for this to completely resolve. Most people resume normal activities within 48 hours. Your provider will discuss your goals which will determine the length and number of treatments you will need.

You can expect to see changes in your skin soon after you complete the treatment. However, your body will continue to rebuild collagen for several weeks after, so you will continue to see improvements over the next six months. Infini has long-lasting results since it is your own body that is doing the work. The effects could last for years.
