Dr. Laura Battle M.D. is board-certified dermatologist, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a member of the American Society of Dermatopathology. She grew up in East End, Arkansas and graduated high school from the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts. She attended Rhodes College in Memphis where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and received the “Outstanding Achievement in Biochemistry” award.

As a medical student at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Dr. Battle received numerous accolades, including induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, Honors in Research distinction, the Calvin J. Dillaha Award, the Barton Foundation Scholarship, and the White Coat award.

Dr. Battle completed both an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where served as co-chief resident during her final year. She went on to complete a fellowship in Dermatopathology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, New York.
Dr. Battle practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, as well as dermatopathology.
In her spare time, Dr. Battle enjoys traveling, reading novels, cooking, and spending time at the lake with her husband and their rescue dog, Maggie.
